An SEO agency with many clients usually has to open each client's Search Console and Analytics account separately, then copy numbers into reports by hand. Regenious connects to those accounts once, keeps the data in one place, and turns it into dashboards and branded reports. We designed, built and run it ourselves, which is why we can speak from experience about building a SaaS product (software that customers subscribe to).
What an agency gets
- Every client on one screen: clicks, impressions, sessions and key events for all clients, sorted by the biggest change, with a "needs attention" flag for drops.
- Search Console, made readable: queries, pages, devices, and click-through rate against position.
- GA4 traffic and conversions: sessions by channel, organic growth and landing pages.
- Indexing monitor: which pages are in Google's index and, if not, why.
- Branded PDF reports: a report builder with 16 sections and 3 ready templates, and reports scheduled by email.
- Alerts: rules that warn the agency when something changes.
- Client portal: the agency's own clients can log in and see only their reports.
- White label: the agency's logo, colours, fonts and its own workspace address or custom domain.

How the platform works
One codebase, a separate workspace for every agency
Regenious is multi-tenant: one application serves every agency, but each agency (a "tenant") gets its own workspace on its own subdomain, with its own users, clients, branding and email settings, and each workspace's data is kept separate. Agencies invite their team, give each person a role, and assign clients to them.
Connecting Google safely
Agencies connect Google accounts with Google sign-in (OAuth), using read-only access. Background jobs then copy Search Console and GA4 metrics into Regenious, within usage limits per workspace, so dashboards load without calling Google each time.
Plans, billing and the platform admin
Agencies choose a plan with a free trial and pay online through Paddle, or by manual payment that our team confirms. Plans switch modules on and off. From the platform admin we manage workspaces, plans, invoices, support tickets, system health and errors.
Security
Logins use two-factor authentication, recognise known devices, and ask for the password again before sensitive actions. When our support team views a workspace to help a customer, that access is logged.
Integrations
Live today: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and IndexNow. Bing Webmaster Tools and Google Business Profile are being added and are marked as coming soon on the product site.
What this means for your project
Regenious covers the parts of a SaaS product that are easy to underestimate: separating each customer's data, billing and trials, background data syncs, and security for many users. If you are planning your own subscription product or a dashboard that pulls data from other services, see our custom software development service or tell us about your idea.
