Universities Page is a study abroad consultancy. It needed a website that does two jobs at once: present universities, courses and scholarships in enough depth to be useful to students, and turn those students into consultancy clients. Every enquiry had to be stored as a lead, and every section had to be editable by the team without a developer.
Search and content
- Universities, courses and scholarships, each with its own detail page, plus browsing by country, qualification level (foundation to PhD) and subject area.
- Study destinations with country guides, and pages for student visas, visit visas and test preparation.
- Consultant pages for Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Faisalabad, and a consultant directory.
- Guides, news, a blog, videos, jobs and success stories, with search, comparison and a wishlist.
Turning visitors into enquiries
Students can apply online, book a free consultation or an appointment, track their application, send feedback or a complaint, and subscribe to updates. The apply flow can take an online payment through Stripe. Every one of these lands in the admin panel, where the team works it as a lead or an application.
Three portals with their own logins
- Students: a dashboard with their applications, wishlist and resume.
- Foreign students: their own registration, profile and appointment booking.
- Consultants: registration, a dashboard, adding and tracking their own students, uploading documents and viewing reports.

AI tools for students
Built on the DeepSeek API, the portal offers an AI scholarship match, an AI study plan, an AI visa predictor, an AI embassy interview predictor and CV analysis. These sit next to simpler tools: an eligibility calculator and a resume builder.
The admin panel
About 60 modules cover the whole business: universities, courses, scholarships, admissions and applications, consultants and their students, finance and reports, articles and authors, comments and reviews, notifications and announcements, an inbox for conversations, job posts, static pages, redirects, user management and an activity log.
Built for search engines
Each content section has its own XML sitemap, the site serves robots.txt and an llms.txt file for AI search tools, and the admin manages redirects when a page moves.
What this means for your business
If you run a consultancy, an academy or any business where content brings in enquiries, this pattern works: useful public pages, tools that invite people to sign up, and an admin where every enquiry is tracked. See our custom software development service.
